Ranworth Primary Proms ~ reported by Lyra Y4

“The Primary Proms was an incredible event. There were four groups. Each of the grougs sang or played 3 to 4 songs. The first group was a choir of ages 7 to 21. Some of them sang solo for a part of a song but mostly they sang in a group. One of the songs they sang was Lean On Me. The second group played only string instruments. They were a group of 12 to 18 year olds. They played Shout Out Loud by Ed Sheeran. The third group was a group of year fives. They drummed on buckets and played ukuleles. The first song they played was YMCA but they changed it to GCEA the strings on the ukulele. The last song they played was The Lion. It involved a lot of drumming on buckets and was really good. The fourth group was a group of people from all different countries they all played brass instruments. One of the instruments was a trumpet. The final group was the best group.”
